Emma is the founder of I&J Harvest, an established and rapidly growing seed business known for its bean production. Holding both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in agriculture with a focus on plant breeding, Emma previously worked as a Bean Research Specialist at an international organization. Emma brings her expertise and market insight in her partnership with E&E. Emma aims to collaborate with women entrepreneurs like Rose, creating opportunities for mutual success.


Winnie is a recent Agricultural Engineering graduate from the University of Rwanda. Inspired by her family’s farming heritage, Winnie has joined our co-operative network as a partner farmer. After starting as an intern, she works full-time with the Rwangingo Rice Growers co-operative, overseeing 10 hectares of maize. Building on her experience, Winnie plans to pursue a Master’s in Agricultural Engineering and aims to start her own seed business.
Eddie is the Manager of the Rwangingo Rice Growers Co-operative and has five years of experience with the organization. He plays a crucial role in connecting E&E Green Farms with local farmers to hire additional labor during peak planting and harvesting seasons for maize, beans, and soybeans. Eddie oversees a co-operative of more than 100 members, facilitating the exchange of agricultural information and opportunities within the community.
